In a collaborative session, Minister of Water and Energy Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour and Head of the TAP International Project Department Murad Artikov expressed their readiness for the project’s implementation.

The Ministry of Water and Energy disclosed that during this meeting, Mr. Mansour provided updates on the advancement of the 500 kV power transmission line project from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan and underscored the importance of sustained cooperation between the two nations.
Additionally, as per the ministry’s statement, both parties have agreed to convene a trilateral meeting involving Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, and Pakistan to discuss the progress and coordination of the TAP project.
