A number of traders and investors from Bahrain and Russia met with Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy prime minister. They expressed their interest in investing in various parts of Afghanistan. Arg released this information in a statement on Saturday.
The statement mentioned that these traders expressed interest in investing in the health sector and other areas of Afghanistan. Their interests also include mining, aviation security, and the training of professionals.
Abdul Kabir informed the businessmen and investors from Bahrain and Russia that the Islamic Emirate has focused on and made significant efforts toward economic growth in the country since its takeover.
Kabir assured them the IEA has provided the necessary facilities and conditions to all investors.
He added that they are now implementing basic projects in the sectors of oil and mineral extraction, pharmaceuticals, and the construction of dams and roads.
